Результат - тысячи перепостов и столько же комментариев и описание подобных случаев и прочих недостатков этого банка. В итоге - сам Греф ей звонил и извинялся и всё такое.
Понятно, что где Сбер и где Progress, последнему до первого еще расти и расти ...

К сожалению, проблема прогресс-сообществ, неважно, в какой точке мира оно бы не находилось - это поразительная пассивность участников сообщества. Впрочем, увы, наверное так и должно быть, в конце концов наше общество - это общество потребителей, а здесь, кто предложил выгоднее (не путать с "лучшее"), к тому все и "побежали".

По факту, в обсуждении принял участие представитель PSC, Gary Clink - он подтвердил, что этот вопрос обсуждается в PSC. Кроме того, скорее всего, вопрос является хорошей темой для отдельной дискуссии в Дюссельдорфе.

Лучше на конференции Прогресс этот вопрос задать на прямую.
А соц группы нужны для создания иллюзии у пишушего что он будет выслушан кажушейся большой публикой. Ведь это так необходимо многим людям.
